Chemprime 3558

Epoxy Prime for Concrete

Physical Properties:
  • 2:1 mix ratio
  • 100% Solids/Zero VOC
  • 3-6 mils recommended thickness
  • Pot life, 40 minutes
  • Dry time, 6-8 hours
  • Adhesion window 4 minutes, 48 max @ 77°F

 

Polyurethane pipeline coating
Chemprime 3558 penetrates the surface of the concrete substrate to form a strong mechanical bond.

3558 is suitable for use in high humidity or moist environments.

Chemprime 3558 can be brush, roller or spray applied to a concrete substrate to form a strong bond with a fast set polyurethane or polyurea coating.

Polyurea Concrete Lining

Physical Properties:
  • 1:1 mix ratio
  • 100% Solids/Zero VOCs
  • 60 Shore D Hardness
  • Tensile strength, 2625psi

  • Abrasion resistance, 25 mg loss
  • Gel time, 20 seconds
  • Tack free time, 30 seconds
  • Recoat window 25 minutes

Chemthane 6050 is applied to concrete and forms a durable, flexible, seamless liner for use in secondary containment applications. It is ideal for preventing leaks
and containing spills of wastewater, fuels, and many
other chemicals.

Chemthane 6050 should be applied through a two-component, high-pressure proportioning unit. Material and hose heaters should be between 150°F-170°F. Pressure should be a minimum of 2400psi.
