CHEMTHANE 7030 is a fast cure, 100% solids spray polyurethane for protecting wooden enclosures, audio speakers and other fragile substrates from damage during everyday use, freight loading personnel and exterior exposure.

These coatings offer dry quickly to dramatically speed up OEM production when compared to acrylics, enamels, vinyl or carpet wrapping. Plus, they offer exceptional resistance to tearing, impact and abrasion.

Once cured, CHEMTHANE 7030 has a textured vinyl-like feel. Rest assured, the coating penetrates deeply into the pores of the wood for a strong bond that will not come off in sheets.

CHEMTHANE 1400 is an aliphatic waterborne polyurethane coating that will dry quickly to form an additional layer of protection and color retention. This product can be sprayed into a mold or used as a top coat. It dries to the touch within five minutes which can help improve production efficiencies production environments.
