The Chemline name is synonymous with superior pipeline corrosion protection. Whether the coating is applied in the factory, above the ditch or below it, in the extreme heat or bitter cold, Chemline is there with the most advanced anti-corrosion pipeline coatings for the water, waste water, oil/gas and coal slurry industries.
These advanced polyurethane, polyurea and epoxy coatings feature:

CHEMTHANE 2261/2265 are solvent free, two component polyurethane protective corrosion coatings (1:1 spray ratio by volume). These products have very short reaction times and are therefore spray applied using plural component spray equipment. Application of these products are made directly to surface prepared steel or ductile iron. Primers are not necessary. Unlimited film builds may be achieved in a single coat multi-pass application. These products cure to form a hard polymer film that demonstrates excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and high mechanical strength which will ensure that cured films that are greater than 25 mils (0.6mm) in thickness will provide permanent and fully effective corrosion protection for many years.
CHEMTHANE 4200PW (NSF/ANSI-61) is a 100% solids, zero VOC coatings for direct to metal application to steel pipes and tanks that require drinking water certification. This coating is applied in a single-coat multi-pass application. It dies to the touch in about 3-5 minutes to form a hard, smooth surface. This product is only applied with plural component spray equipment.
CHEMLINER 4000 is a high solids, novolac epoxy lining. This product is self-priming and is applied to steel surfaces. It has excellent chemical resistance against jet fuel, wastewater, seawater, salt brine, sulfide gas, acid solutions, strong alkali solutions and many solvents. The high cross-link density of the product makes it suitable for immersion service in aggressive environments. Consult CHEMLINE before specifying. CHEMLINER 4000 is easy to apply using a brush, roller, conventional or airless spray equipment. This product is applied in a minimum of two coats (white coat and gray coat).
EPO-LINE 161 is a corrosion resistant epoxy coating formulated for application to substrates that require less-than-perfect surface preparation. Epo-Line 161 has phenomenal adhesion properties to a wide variety of substrates. Its excellent corrosion resistance to many types of acids, alkalis, crude oil, gasoline, jet and diesel fuels and salts, makes it an all-around heavy-duty maintenance coating for use on tanks, floors, structural steel, etc. Self-priming, normally one coat of this high performance 100% solids coating is all that's required. It meets all VOC requirements and is not a fire hazard. It may be applied over existing coatings without causing lifting, and will not shrink or crack when cured. Epo-Line 161 is extremely tough and durable, has good flexibility, and gives good corrosion protection on sharp corners or angles. Epo-Line 161 makes an excellent coating system for protection in secondary containment areas with or without fiberglass reinforcement.
EPO-LINE 164 is a virtually 100% solids, self-priming epoxy tank lining material formulated to provide excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of acids, alkalis, solvents and various solutions. It is particularly well suited for the storage of food product including grains, water and beer. It is virtually odorless and has improved color stability. Epo-Line 164 air dries to a very hard, dense, high gloss finish that exhibits excellent abrasion resistance. It may be used in conjunction with fiberglass cloth to yield a high strength lay-up system for added structural integrity or as a self sustaining "tank within a tank". Epo-Line 164 will not affect or impart any "taste" to potable liquids that it is designed to contain. Formulated for brush, roll or spray application, it may be used to store chemicals kept at elevated temperatures without affecting the integrity of the coating. High temperature exposure will vary from chemical to chemical.
