  • SSPC-5 NACE No. 1 — White metal, blast-cleaned steel surface does not require the use of a primer

Fast-Set, Thick Film Protection Against Corrosion

  • Applied with heated, plural-component pump and spray equipment
  • Quick return to operation — Rapid, tack-free times: 3-10 seconds
  • Create unlimited film build up

Single Coat, Multi-pass Application

  • Ability to create unlimited film builds

Two Coat Systems

  • SSPC-5 NACE No. 1 — White metal, blast-cleaned steel surface does not require the use of a primer
  • Epoxy primer — Aliphatic Polyurethane top coat (UV resistant)

Three Coat Systems

  • SSPC-5 NACE No. 1 — White metal, blast-cleaned steel surface does not require the use of a primer
  • Requires the use of a primer
  • Primers: Moisture cure Polyurethane, Zinc, and epoxy; then intermediate coat
  • Intermediate Coat: Fast-set Polyurethane coatings
  • Final Coat: Aliphatic Polyurethane (UV resistant)
  • Provides maintenance-free, long-life protection
