The Chemline Series of products are 100% solids, spray-applied, two-component polyurethane coatings. They can be applied directly to prepared steel without priming. Once cured, the hard polymer film offers excellent resistance to impact, abrasion and cathodic disbondment.
Since these coatings are applied quickly in a single coat at 18-40 mils (0.45-1 mm), Chemline improves productivity and increases throughput. Plus, these coatings contain no VOCs or coal tar which makes them ideal for areas with strict regulations.
When touch ups are needed, Chemline repair kits can be quickly sprayed or hand applied in the field.
With installations in the toughest climates, Chemline is recognized as a superior technology for protecting steel pipes from the effects of water, waste water, salt water and many chemicals.
100% Solids

Single Coat
- Product is applied in a single coat, multi-pass application to create unlimited film builds.
Potable Water Rated
- Our Chemline Series offers a NSF/ANSI 61 Standard coating for potable water applications.

- The exceptional physical properties of these coatings offer superior resistance to impact and abrasion.
No Primer Required
- To save time during production, most of the Chemliner's products do not require a primer.
